Transport Dog Crates are the most effective and safest things to use when travelling with your dog. The dog will be comfortable and feel safe in the crate. It is recommended that your dog is trained to use a crate from an early age, the earlier the better. Do not use the crate as a punishment! Your dog needs to be taught to feel safe inside the crate and that it is somewhere he/she can go for refuge,in effect, his/her den.When travelling by car with your dog a crate should be used for safety. Dogs have been known to jump onto the car drivers lap and cause accidents! Think about this - if your dog is loose in the back seat when you are travelling, where will they end up if you have to brake sharply? They could be hurled off the seat and suffer an injury. It is law in some States and Countries that Transport Dog Crates must be used when travelling by car with your dog. There are tailor made crates for some makes and model of car and they come in all sizes to suit any dog. |
