If you like myself and my local dog owning friends in my parks are not happy about the local councils finding ancient By-laws and implimenting them, please join my campaigne.  It was originally going to be "Make Weston dog friendly", but now I can see that I need to target nationally.

With people power we can protest and get these laws changed or thrown out.  It is the dogs right to practise natural behaviour as stated in the recently updated Animal Welfare Bill passed by the government.  This will include being able to excersise dogs off lead.

Can we also change the un-written rule that a dog under control means on lead.  Why can it not mean under responsible ADULT supervision.  To create this all the responsible majority must stop the selfish few from spoiling it for the rest of us.
